This stage can include finalizing your agreement in a legally binding document or obtaining a final decision from a judge if you are in court.

I understand that every client’s needs are unique. That’s why I offer a variety of service options to suit your specific situation:
With full legal representation, I'll act on your behalf throughout the entire legal process. An agreed-upon retainer fee will be required upfront which will serve as an initial deposit for future services and will be held and applied to your invoices. You are required to top up the retainer so that you always have money in trust for your case. The retainer amount depends on the complexity of your case, and I will discuss this with you in detail before commencing our work together.
If you prefer to represent yourself, a limited scope retainer may be a better option for you. For example, if you only require independent legal advice or need a specific document drafted, I can assist you with limited scope services.
I offer some services for a flat fee, such as uncontested divorce or a foreign divorce opinion letter. I will always discuss fees and hourly rates in detail before commencing our work together, so you know exactly what to expect.
I believe in complete transparency when it comes to the invoicing and payment process. I issue itemized invoices regularly to give you a clear picture of the work I've undertaken on your behalf, and I aim to work as cost-effectively as we can. I respectfully ask that payment is submitted for invoices immediately upon receipt. O accept e-transfers (our preferred method), Visa or Mastercard, or cheque.
